This is Lyree, one of Xynthica's Evolutions with a plant theme. While in this form, Xynthica becomes extremely carnivorous, she might essentially be a plant, but she'll eat anything meat, and an incredible amount of it as well, enough to feed every plant, tree and blade of grass on the planet.

Instead of harvesting grain with her scythe, she harvests flesh. She might be innocent and friendly like the regular Xyni, but if you happen to be made of meat, prepare to meet your maker.
